In order to provide the best training possible for our students, United Tractor Trailer School moved after 23 years from Chicopee, Ma to Holyoke, Ma at the Holyoke Mall in 2018. This move has created a better learning experience for our students. We have more room for our yard training and a modern and spacious classroom creating a comfortable and enjoyable learning environment. This is a great school! The staff is knowledgeable, patient and work very hard to help every student learn and be well prepared. They also make it fun! Once you have your license, they will also help you find a job. Highly recommended!
My Son and I attended United Tractor Trailer School’s 10 week - weekend class. It was a great experience! The only negative that occurs to me is that it went by much too quickly, and by that I mean only that we miss the folks, learning, challenges, and camaraderie we experienced there. The Instructors were 1st class, professionals, and masters of their trade. They were, and have continued to be very much committed to the success of their students. If you chose to obtain your CDL training there; you will regularly see prior students stop by to visit their former Instructors, say “hello” and share their successes after graduation, a testament to the education provided and relationships developed there. If you want to obtain your CDL, and are willing to work through the challenges of learning to operate vehicles of this size and complexity; At United Tractor Trailer School; you’ll find a School & Instructors that will teach you the skills necessary, and genuinely care about you and your success.
Decided to get my CDL..did extensive research. All I heard were rave reviews about UTTS. I'm really glad I went there..i feel beyond ready for my Road Rest Firm.. no nonsense instructors. Very nice and informational office staff.

I would recommend this school to anyone looking to get a CDL. The instructors at this school are amazing, each teaching in their own style adapting instinctively to the students ability level. All made it very comfortable and easy to learn all that is needed to take the road test. This company is extremely lucky to have such dedicated and knowledgeable instructors.......and then there is Nelson. Anyone who has been to this school knows exactly what I am talking about, anyone thinking of using them will meet an instructor that is at a level like no other. Made me laugh and shake my head the whole time, very obvious of his passion to teach. This is an instructor who truly enjoys what he does. I said the company was lucky to have them but what I meant was, we were lucky to have them.
I had a great experience with UTTS. They went above and beyond to make sure everyone in our private class for our company passed. Instructors Jonathon and Nelson were a wealth of knowledge making learning all the steps to passing the air brakes test a breeze. They mapped out reference points to make passing the driving test portion of the test easier as well. I dont think anyone else is doing that. The top man Angel was always available for questions and took care of any problems we had, like when I had a problem with my permit. He fixed it that day and called the DMV. That's serious great customer service. Overall I'd have to say the have to be the top choice in the area to get your CDL hands down. Five stars!

Well, UTTS was not what I expected. They are a fantastic organization. I had some struggles because of distance and they helped me work through it. Always teaching us to be Professional Drivers, Courteous Drivers, Safety first. I am now a licensed Tractor Trailer Driver. The Trainers always, were consummate professionals, management always had their doors open for students. Even the students from every background were fun to work with. If your not sure of your future, and you've always thought about driving a Big Rig, this is your opportunity. If I were you, I'd take it!
